UPDATE 6 - Autodesk Services down due to Amazon Web Services being down
Hi All,
Amazon Web Services are aiding further ways to recovery and working on further mitigations, from their most recent update.
The situation with Autodesk is a number of users are able to gain access to both desktop software and cloud services though the connectivity with cloud services/some features may be slow until AWS have the above sorted. There are still some users which still cannot gain access and this will hopefully be resolved soon for you.
Our advice still stands, for people who cannot gain access at all, is still to keep trying to log in periodically to either your software or cloud services.
Once Amazon Web Services gets all this sorted, this should fix the connectivity/features issues some users have reported regarding their cloud services as well as the access issues.
We will keep you up to date with any further updates.
